Take a bite
A spider seller came up to us at a bus stop in Cambodia. Who wants to eat a plate of spiders? Well I did not but my wife was keen to try something new. She saw another tourist have a bite so she pulled off a leg and had a chew. That is about all she had, she could not bring herself to take a bit out of the body of the spider. And this is a person who is very scared of spiders (or is that fear just since this time?). This dish made it to our top ten weird foods from around the world.
