Tumby Bay: Ride to Town Too

Clare rode her bike with Olive 1km or so into the town centre for some shopping. They came back with a few new books for Olive, and some groceries. Some new books will help keep us interested with all the story reading we do, as Olive loves to read each night. In fact she loves it so much she dreams about reading books, and has woken up several times, calling out “books, books” as if she is dreaming about being chased by a giant book. Rob had a ride back into town to get the Weekend Australian, our regular weekend read. The rest of day was spent enjoying this tranquil town. Tumby Bay has great white sandy beaches, but unfortunately lots of seaweed, or lots of rocks. There has been no good swimming at all along this coast, but great for fishermen and for seafood lovers like ourselves.
