Day 21: Wednesday, 18th July
While out on our cycle tour, we saw some pigs on thier way to ...
Rob went out alone today to get some nasi goreng (his favourite) for lunch, which was served with rice crackers, and also complementary tea with honey.
He bought back for me a small nasi snack for clare, which contained some tasty rice, with a little scrambled a slice of cucumber and a sachet of chilli sauce – not bad for 50c.
He also bought back some rice flour sponge cakes for the kids.
and muffins from Bali Budda.
We decided on an early dinner at Bali Buddha, mainly because of the kids play area.
Mixed mushroom and pineapple pizza for the kids to share
Rob had a tempe burger with chips
Calre had nasi campor, which was vegetarian with a coconut and greens salad, deep fried tiny red beans, green with satay sauce, spicy tofu, deep fried grated coconut (a little sweet), and raw garlic, chilli and lemongrass salad. Very nice, but an effort to chew.
They have nice drinks too
