It was a dull day today, with showers forecast. We packed up and drove out to explore around town. First was an Old Mill on a hill in the suburbs, which they added a spiral staircase on the outside so you can get great views from the top. Next was a visit to the gallery of Constantia Wood Designer craftsmen – with exquisite wooden furniture on display. With all the abundance of seafood in this area, we had to buy some local seafood for the next couple of meals, settling on mussels and tuna. We drove just out of town to the Winter Hill Lookout, then back for lunch. After lunch we went to the Mayne art gallery then Olive played in a playground under the sprinkling rain. Returning to the caravan park, we settled into the camp kitchen as it was still raining, to cook up our chilli mussels.
