Epping, Melbourne: Free Trains for Christmas

We took advantage of free public transport today to catch a train into the city, and took Olive to see the Myer Christmas windows display. We also enjoyed a family Christmas lunch at an authentic Vietnamese restaurant. Olive doesn’t mind trying all types of food; she even helped herself to a mouthful of chili from the table, and did not flinch! After avoiding a photo with Santa the other day, we took advantage of a free photo opportunity with Father Christmas in the city square, though we had to take the photo ourselves.
