Olive was disappointed that the jumping pillow was not inflated in the morning, she couldn’t quite work it out. We had our traditional Sunday cooked breakfast, even though it is only Saturday. We walked next door to the Margaret River Cheese Company for some tastings, then drove to the Chocolate Factory for more tastings and a ‘real’ hot chocolate. Next door was Providore, owned by the same people, which resulted in more tastings. Next on the agenda were a few galleries, much too expensive for us but nice to look at. We had a quick drive through Yallingup, Dunsborough and the Cape Naturaliste lighthouse. We stopped for lunch at Meelup Beach – a beautiful spot. We had a swim then headed to what we thought was our final destination, Busselton. As Rob was checking in he noticed a newspaper headline about the jetty and aquarium being closed – our one thing we wanted to do in town. So we decided to drive another 50km to Bunbury, so we can make it to the dolphin viewing early tomorrow morning. Our van park was right across the road, and due to the late arrival time we walked into town for a Chinese dinner.
