Henley Beach, Adelaide: Ride to Glenelg

After a morning of pottering we finally jumped on the bikes for a ride down the coast to the trendy area of Glenelg. Only about 9 km’s each way, it was a very pleasant ride, especially with the temperatures still quite low. We enjoyed lunch before taking a walk up and down the main strip which if filled with restaurants and shops. After coffee at a beachfront café, we took Olive to the playground for some fun time before getting back on the bikes for the tailwind assisted journey home. After some obligatory jobs for preparing for our departure tomorrow, we enjoyed another home cooked meal thanks to Kristy, and Olive enjoyed some more kiddy heaven time!
