Port Douglas: Window shopping

We decided to stay in Port Douglas another day to catch up with some work. Other than doing some computer work, Clare took Olive for a walk along the main street enviously admiring the expensive items for sale. To take up the afternoon Clare and Olive ventured to the beach for some sand play, and back to the pool for a swim. Late in the day we all walked into town for a drink at the Old Courthouse Hotel, a pleasant old weatherboard pub. Despite the luxury resorts and upmarket shops around here, we really like the feel of Port Douglas.
