Flinders Ranges: Piggy Back Ride

May 24th, 2008 : flinders-ranges-piggy-back-ride

Ergo Baby CarrierToday we stayed put at our campsite just outside the Wilpena Pound in the Flinders Ranges and caught up with some more work. The campsite is set amongst the trees, and we have visitors of birds, emus and kangaroos up to our door, which Olive loves. Rob took Olive for a short hike, using our new ErgoBaby Carrier to try it out. It is just like a piggy-back ride for Olive. In the evening we sat around a campfire built by our Grey Nomad neighbour and chatted about this wonderful lifestyle we share, exploring all corners of this country. They are just about to head up the Birdsville Track towing a caravan.

    Hi Rob Clare & Olive
Love your travel site, it's great to be able to see where you are, where you have been and learn about places you visit. Especially when I am sitting here at my desk on the 10th floor looking out on another smoggy, foggy, cold Melbourne day.
Have a safe trip and looking forward to catching up when you get back to Melbourne
    Luv to all
    Helene
