The highlight of the tour was a huge vat of molasses, I can still smell it today. Even though we are not rum drinkers, when in Bundaberg we could not miss the opportunity to go on a tour of the rum factory.

Our favourite winery in Australia is Reilly’s Winery in the Clare Valley, not only because the name of the winery has links to our family, but the wines are great and it has a wonderful quaint restaurant.
