This list is our own personal top Wildlife experiences we have had in our travels around Australia, many from our 2008 around Australia trip, plus others added as we continue to explore Australia. There are too many to just limit them to only 10, so we just keep adding!
Quokkas on Rottnest Island, WA

Cassowary, Cape Tribulation, QLD
We went searching for a cassowary while exploring Cape Tribulation, Queensland, Australia. Luckily we did not find out until later about how dangerous it can be to come up against one in the bush.
Jumping Crocodiles, Daley River, NT
It might seem a little unnatural for them to bait the crocodiles to jump out of the water, but it is one of the most spectacular things to see live.
